TRULIVA Unveils National Water Quality Map, Launching “Chinese Aesthetic” Series with Zoned Purification Technology
2026-01-17

Ningbo, China – TRULIVA Group successfully held its 2026 Marketing Annual Conference and new product launch in Ningbo on January 15, marking a pivotal shift for the water purification industry from competing on specifications to innovating for value. The event featured the release of the industry-anticipated TRULIVA National Water Quality Atlas and the global debut of the “Chinese Aesthetic” series, the world’s first water purifiers featuring zoned purification technology. This launch signifies a major technological breakthrough for China’s water purification sector after a decade of relative stagnation.

The Water Quality Atlas: A Scientific Guide for Zoned Purification

Compiled from over 20 years of monitoring China’s seven major water systems and data from tens of millions of users, the TRULIVA National Water Quality Atlas systematically details the characteristics and variations of source water across different regions for the first time, providing a scientific foundation for zoned purification.

Mr. Ye Jianrong, Chairman of TRULIVA Group and head of the National Water Purifier Standardization Working Group, stated that the atlas details key indicators like hardness, organic pollutants, and mineral content across northern and southern China. It shifts the industry’s focus from solely evaluating output water to innovating technologies based on the specific traits of local source water. The atlas serves as a crucial scientific basis for industry R&D and a practical guide to help consumers choose products suited to their local water conditions.

Industry Impact: From Specs to Solutions

The launch of the “Chinese Aesthetic” series ends the technological plateau of the past decade. Its innovations in technology, craftsmanship, and manufacturing redefine industry competition, prioritizing precise user needs over mere specification wars.

The series introduces differentiated technological solutions for the distinct water conditions in northern and southern China. For hard water regions, it enhances the removal of harmful substances. Utilizing premium Sri Lankan coconut shell activated carbon and a proprietary high-performance reverse osmosis membrane, the technology combines broad-spectrum adsorption with precise filtration, significantly improving the removal capability for complex contaminants prevalent in hard water, such as high mineral content and heavy metal ions.

For soft water regions, the system employs custom high-density coconut shell carbon and a 0.5-nanometer high-precision selective filtration membrane. Integrated with an intelligent mineral retention system, it leverages molecular-level sieving and surface charge repulsion (Donnan effect) to efficiently remove organic pollutants, bacteria, viruses, and disinfection by-products while selectively retaining over 85% of beneficial minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. This zoned purification approach sets a new global precedent and injects fresh vitality into the industry.

“True innovation should stem from user needs, not simply stacking specifications,” Chairman Ye Jianrong emphasized, noting that the “Chinese Aesthetic” series is designed to solve specific regional water problems.

Market Transformation: Driving Informed Choices

The market value of the new series lies in guiding consumers toward rational choices based on regional water characteristics and personal needs, moving beyond blind comparisons of price and specs. Previously, information asymmetry often led consumers to either over-filter beneficial minerals or choose mismatched products.

With the new series, consumers are empowered to evaluate long-term value, regional suitability, and overall experience—transitioning from merely “having a purifier” to “optimizing its use”, and from treating water purification as a basic necessity to embracing it as part of a quality lifestyle.

As part of the “Chinese Aesthetic” initiative, TRULIVA’s “National Heart Water Purifier Popularization Plan” has effectively promoted awareness of healthy drinking water over the past year. Moving forward, alongside the new series launch and supported by national appliance renewal policies, this consumer trend focused on real needs and value creation is set to grow stronger.

Industry Forum: Charting a Future for Integrated Water and Food Purification

The concurrent China Water and Food Purification Industry Development Forum brought together industry experts to explore future pathways. Mr. Qu Zongfeng, Vice President of the China Household Electric Appliance Research Institute, highlighted the importance of zoned purification standards for completing China’s water purification standard system. Dr. Bai Xuetao, Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, emphasized the public health significance of safe drinking water, stating, “Scientific water consumption is vital for national health, and purification innovation must be grounded in health needs.” Dr. Zhang Dequan, Chief Scientist at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, discussed the practical importance of food purification products for modern healthy living.
